Refund Policy

At Nariwear, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund Policy explains when customers may receive a refund and how refunds are processed.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
A customer may be eligible for a refund when:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The product has a verified issue that qualifies for a refund under our Return Policy.
- Nariwear is unable to provide a suitable replacement for an eligible returned product.
- An order was paid online but was cancelled before dispatch and approved for a refund.
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund may not be provided when:
- The product has been worn, used, washed, or altered.
- The product has been damaged after delivery by the customer.
- The product has stains, makeup, perfume, or other signs of use.
- The customer selected the wrong size or colour and the product does not qualify for return under our Return Policy.
- The return request is made after the applicable return period.
- The product is an intimate/hygiene item that has been opened or used and is therefore not eligible for return.
- The customer refuses or fails to receive the order without an eligible reason.
3. Refund for Online Payments
If an eligible order was paid online through Fonepay, Khalti, or eSewa, the refund will generally be processed through an appropriate payment method or payment channel after the return/refund has been approved.
The time required for the refund to appear may depend on the relevant payment provider.
4. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, no payment is collected until the order is delivered.
If an eligible refund is approved after payment has been collected, Nariwear will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate refund method.
5. Refund Amount
For an approved refund, the refundable amount will generally relate to the eligible product/order amount.
Delivery charges may not be refundable where the delivery service has already been completed, except where applicable due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product supplied by Nariwear.
Any applicable refund amount will be communicated to the customer before processing.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund has been approved, Nariwear will initiate the refund within a reasonable period.
The actual time for the customer to receive the money may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, wallet, or other financial service involved.
Nariwear is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
7. Return Before Refund
Where a product must be returned before a refund can be issued, the refund will be processed after Nariwear receives and inspects the returned product.
The product must meet the conditions stated in our Return Policy.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact Nariwear within the applicable return period.
Please provide:
- Customer name
- Phone number
- Order details
- Reason for the refund
- Photos or video of the product, if applicable
- Payment details when required for processing the refund
Our team will review the request and inform you whether it qualifies for a refund.
9. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If an order paid online is cancelled before dispatch and the cancellation is approved, the eligible amount may be refunded to the customer.
If the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation and refund will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policies.
10. Exchanges Instead of Refunds
Where appropriate and available, Nariwear may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.
The availability of an exchange depends on the product, stock availability, and the reason for the return.
